Shipping & Delivery Policy

SarkariJobMaterial sells digital study kits only. Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges.

How your kit is delivered

• On screen: right after your payment succeeds, a download button appears on the confirmation page.
• By email: we also email the download link to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
• Later: if you lose the email, open My purchases and enter the same email address to get your links again.

Each kit is a single zip file. It opens on Android phones, iPhones, tablets and computers. Each download link can be used a limited number of times. To download again later, get your link from My purchases.

Delivery time

Delivery is instant after a successful payment. If your payment went through but you did not get a download link within 24 hours, write to support@sarkarijobmaterial.com with your order id or payment details. We will deliver the kit or refund you in full, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Where we deliver

Kits are delivered online, so you can download them anywhere you have an internet connection. Prices are in Indian rupees and payments are processed by Razorpay.
